This policy replaces the outdated generic text from the previous website and reflects the actual use of the new Twin Force website: an informational and professional contact site, with no online sales or advertising profiling at this stage.

This policy applies to the Twin Force public website and to enquiries received through the site's contact channels.

What data we process

We process only the data necessary to handle the relationship with the person visiting the site or contacting us. At this stage we do not offer user registration, checkout or private areas.

Data you provide when you write to us: name, email, company, message and the context of your enquiry.
Minimal technical browsing and security data: IP address, user agent, date, requested URL and server logs.
We do not request special categories of data and do not ask for more information than necessary to respond.

Purposes and legal basis
